Mülheim-Kärlich, Germany / Pune, India, 12.06.2019 – Laserline, the leading developer and manufacturer of diode lasers for industrial material processing, is once again extending its international presence. With immediate effect, the company’s presence in the West Indian city of Pune (close to Mumbai) has becoming a full subsidiary. With this, Laserline is merely reacting to growths in its business in South Asia, while ensuring a better service for its customers in India and neighboring countries. From this subsidiary, the complete Laserline product portfolio can be ordered. For an optimal existing customer care, trained service technicians and a comprehensive spare part service are being prepared.
Laserline’s presence in the industrial city of Pune is dated to 2009, which resulted from a cooperation with the Indian company Lemon Integrated (later Laser Automation Pvt.). By turning its presence there into an official subsidiary, Laserline thus continues its strategy of providing optimal customer proximity in important targeted markets. The new branch in Pune is already the seventh Laserline foreign subsidiary after Santa Clara and Plymouth (USA), Sao Paulo (Brazil), Shanghai (China), Seoul (South Korea), and Tokyo (Japan). With additional distribution partners in Europe (France, Great Britain, Italy) and in the Pacific region (Australia, Taiwan, and recently Singapore), the diode laser specialist is represented on almost all continents today. Those interested can find more information about these Laserline subsidiaries and foreign representation at www.laserline.com/locations.
